Currently based in Dubai, Sanjeev Nanda is the mind behind two of the city’s most innovative restaurant concepts – Billionaire Mansion and Miss Tess. He has also been quite instrumental in setting up the iconic Taj Dubai.
Sanjeev Nanda also serves as the Managing Director of Ishvan Pharmaceuticals, Downtown Investment Management LLC, and Neat Foods Holding Limited.

Started in 2012, Downtown Investment Management LLC is an investment firm based in Dubai.
With Sanjeev Nanda as its Managing Director, the company has been investing in, developing, and managing several successful business ventures in UAE and other gulf nations. The company’s primary investments are in hospitality, manufacturing, real estate, information technology, engineering, and healthcare.
Some Lesser Known Facts about Sanjeev Nanda
Sanjeev Nanda is the son of former Lieutenant Commander of the Indian Navy, Suresh Nanda.
His grandfather is the former Indian Navy Admiral Sardarilal Mathradas Nanda.
He holds a B.sc in Economics, along with a dual degree in Economics and Finance.
He completed his MBA from InstitutEuropeen d’ Administration des Affaires (INSEAD), one of the most prominent business schools in Europe.
His first venture was a website development company which he had started along with his friends.
He is best known for mobilizing women empowerment in Banjini Village, Himachal Pradesh, to form a self-help group called Mahila Ekta Group.
