Based in the Dubai International Financial Centre, we are an investment holding company that also builds, owns and manages businesses across a variety of sectors, from hospitality, real estate and defence engineering to technology and pharmaceuticals.
ISHVAN PHARMACEUTICALS
Ishvan Pharmaceuticals was established in the year 2016. Its three key objectives are:
1. Transfer of technologies
2. Localized production of innovative combined immunobiological drugs
3. Increased availability of effective therapy for patients in respective countries
The creation of the company is part of our client strategy to achieve independence from the import of essential drugs. Achieving this will ensure sustainable development and modernisation of the national pharmaceutical industry, with the goal of producing new, low-priced drugs domestically and obtaining significant financial savings for the Federal healthcare budget.

Neat Foods Holding Limited is one of the companies held by Downtown Venture Investments Limited.
It was established to develop new concepts, owns, and manages restaurants & clubs, bring in internationally recognized brands within the United Arab Emirates, India, United Kingdom, and to eventually expand to other parts of the world.
Downtown Investment Management LLC
A subsidiary of DVIL with interests in Food & Beverage, Engineering, Manufacturing, Information Technology, Real Estate and Healthcare.
DIML is a part of a professionally managed conglomerate that was established in the 1970’s. Each of the groups businesses are spearheaded and managed by a dedicated team of experts across various industries supported by a professional corporate executive team. The subsidiary does investment management for the group.

Taj Hotel, Dubai
Located in the prime Burj Khalifa Area of Dubai from Dubai Properties in 2013. Sanjeev Nanda has also been quite instrumental in setting up Taj Dubai.
The company spearheaded and managed the construction of the 296 room, contemporary style hotel. It was launched in 2015 as a flag ship hotel for the Taj Group in the UAE. Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces is one of Asia’s largest and finest hotel company, currently operating 93 hotels in 16 countries across the globe.
Billionaire Mansion
Billionaire Mansion is the DVIL’s first investment in a Joint Venture partnership. Sanjeev Nanda’s Billionaire Mansion’, one of the chicest restro-bars in Dubai.
The Night Club, Restaurant & Lounge was launched in 2016 as a one-stop-destination, and the first of its kind in Dubai. Located in the Taj Hotel in Business Bay, this venue offers a unique dining concept with authentic Italian cuisine partnered with contemporary Japanese dishes by the award-winning restaurant Sumosan.
Billionaire Mansion

Miss Tess
Miss Tess is a concept restaurant owned by Downtown Investment and is currently managed by Infini Concept.
With an objective to include an East Asian offering to the existing hotel’s F&B line up, Downtown Investment worked with Infini Concept in 2016 to create a brand identity, concept, and menu development for “Miss Tess”, which was later launched as an Asian Street Food Restaurant located in Taj Hotel in Downtown Dubai.
